First Release: 2021 Sonoma Coast
Twin Hills Vineyard: Sustainably farmed Pinot Noir grown in light and powdery Goldridge soil — a rare, fine-grained sandy loam, known for its excellent drainage.
At only nine miles from the Pacific Ocean, the climate at Twin Hills Vineyard is influenced by the cooling effect of the Petaluma wind gap and Sebastopol high plains.
Eight barrels were made, only one of which was new French oak. This vintage contains 10% whole cluster fermentation.
High-toned and bright with notes of red raspberry, hibiscus and pomegranate.
Wine Enthusiast
Focused and nervy, this super appetizing wine is driven by good acidity and moderate tannins. The tangy raspberries and cherries taste mouthwatering. Great balance, good concentration and structure mean there is no hurry to enjoy the wine. Best from 2025. — Jim Gordon, 93 points
Wine Spectator
Juicy and fresh, with expressive raspberry and blood orange notes laced with hints of briar, savory and singed cedar. The racy finish is underscored by a subtle sanguine accent. Drink now through 2026. —James Molesworth, 91 points
